From Lab Results to Life: My 30-Day Transformation with Claralux
by: D.Arnold
After just 30 days of taking Claralux, my health journey has taken an exciting turn. Not only did I drop from 208 pounds (94.3 kg) to 197 pounds (89.4 kg) – that’s an 11-pound (5 kg) weight loss or 5.3% of my body weight – but my blood work showed some remarkable improvements too.
As a 42-year-old guy standing 6 feet tall, I wanted to share what these changes actually mean for my day-to-day life, beyond just the numbers on a lab report.
What Changed in My Body
1. Blood Sugar Regulation
- Glucose: Decreased from 110 mg/dL to 98 mg/dL
Medical Interpretation: This significant reduction in fasting glucose suggests improved insulin sensitivity. Maintaining glucose below 100 mg/dL reduces the risk of developing type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome.
What this means for me: My energy no longer crashes mid-afternoon! That brain fog that used to hit around 3 PM? Gone. I’m not reaching for snacks constantly, and I can actually focus through an entire workday without feeling like I need a nap.
2. Kidney Function
- Urea: Increased from 41.7 mg/dL to 45.3 mg/dL
- BUN: Increased from 19.6 mg/dL to 23.1 mg/dL
- Creatinine: Increased from 1.2 mg/dL to 1.3 mg/dL
Medical Interpretation: The slight increase in urea and BUN is within normal ranges and indicates effective protein metabolism.
What this means for me: My body is processing proteins more efficiently, which helps support my muscle maintenance during weight loss. I’ve been focusing on staying well-hydrated to support these kidney functions.
3. Cholesterol and Cardiovascular Health
- Total Cholesterol: Decreased from 236 mg/dL to 218 mg/dL
- LDL (“bad” cholesterol): Decreased from 155.9 mg/dL to 145.6 mg/dL
- HDL (“good” cholesterol): Increased from 55.3 mg/dL to 60.3 mg/dL
- Triglycerides: Decreased from 124 mg/dL to 117 mg/dL
- Atherogenic Risk Index: Improved from 4.3 to 4.1
Medical Interpretation: The reduction in LDL and total cholesterol indicates better lipid metabolism and reduced cardiovascular risk. Increased HDL provides further cardiovascular protection.
What this means for me: I’m no longer dreading my next physical. My doctor isn’t giving me “the talk” about statins anymore. I can play with my dogs without getting winded so quickly, and those stairs at work? I’m taking them two at a time now!
4. Liver Function
- TGO (AST): Slight increase from 44 U/L to 48 U/L
- TGP (ALT): Decreased from 67 U/L to 63 U/L
- LDH: Increased from 350 U/L to 378 U/L
- Bilirubin Total: Slight decrease from 1.06 mg/dL to 1.02 mg/dL
Medical Interpretation: The minor increase in AST and LDH suggests normal liver adaptation. The slight ALT reduction is a positive sign of liver health improvement.
What this means for me: My liver is functioning better, which means my body is processing toxins more efficiently. I’ve noticed my skin looks clearer, and I feel like my body is running “cleaner” overall.
5. Hematology (Blood Oxygen & Circulation)
- Red Blood Cells: Increased from 4.7 million/μL to 5.1 million/μL
- Hemoglobin: Increased from 13.5 g/dL to 15.1 g/dL
- Hematocrit: Increased from 40% to 47%
Medical Interpretation: The increase in RBCs, hemoglobin, and hematocrit indicates improved oxygen transport and aerobic capacity. This suggests enhanced endurance and reduced fatigue.
What this means for me: The difference in my stamina is incredible. That weekend hike that used to leave me exhausted now feels refreshing. Recovery after my workouts is noticeably faster – I’m not sore for days like before.
6. Inflammation & Oxidative Stress
- C-Reactive Protein (CRP): Decreased from 3 mg/L to 1.9 mg/L
- Homocysteine: Decreased from 5 µmol/L to 4 µmol/L
Medical Interpretation: Lower CRP suggests reduced systemic inflammation, which decreases the risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease and arthritis. Lower homocysteine levels further support cardiovascular health.
What this means for me: Those nagging joint aches I used to feel in the morning? Much better. I’m waking up feeling more refreshed and more sharp, and my stress levels feel more manageable. Even my seasonal allergies seem less severe.
Mental Clarity and Brain Health
One of the most surprising benefits has been the improvement in my cognitive function. With better glucose regulation and improved blood flow, my brain feels like it’s firing on all cylinders again:
- I’m remembering names and details I would have forgotten before
- My problem-solving at work has become more creative and efficient
- Decision-making feels less overwhelming and more intuitive
- My focus during meetings has dramatically improved – I’m not zoning out halfway through
- My vocabulary and word recall are noticeably sharper
- I’m sleeping more deeply, which further enhances my mental performance
These cognitive improvements have made a tremendous difference in both my professional and personal life. I’m more present in conversations and more productive at work.
The Daily Difference
Losing 11 pounds (5.3% of my body weight) along with these improved markers has translated into real quality-of-life changes:
- My clothes fit better – I’ve had to tighten my belt a notch
- I sleep more soundly and wake up feeling rested
- My mood is more stable throughout the day, I feel genuinely happy and eager for the day and things to come!
- Simple activities like climbing stairs or carrying groceries feel easier
- My confidence has improved – I actually went shirtless at the pool last week!
Comprehensive Analysis
According to my physician, these results show notable improvements in metabolic, cardiovascular, and inflammatory markers after just 30 days of Claralux supplementation. These changes suggest a positive impact on my long-term health and reduced risk of chronic diseases.
Looking Ahead: Adding Exercise
My journey with Claralux has just begun, but these first 30 days have shown me that small, consistent changes can lead to meaningful improvements. For the next 30 days, I’m planning to add a moderate exercise routine to enhance these benefits. Based on my doctor’s analysis, here’s what I might expect:
- Accelerated Weight Loss: Adding 3-4 weekly exercise sessions could potentially double my weight loss rate
- Further Cholesterol Improvements: Exercise naturally boosts HDL and could lower my LDL by an additional 10-15%
- Enhanced Glucose Control: Regular physical activity should further improve insulin sensitivity
- Greater Stamina: The improved oxygen-carrying capacity in my blood will make exercise more effective and enjoyable
- Increased Muscle Definition: As fat continues to decrease, muscle tone will become more visible
- Additional Cognitive Benefits: Exercise releases BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor), which could further enhance memory, learning, and mood
- Better Sleep Quality: The combination of Claralux and exercise should optimize my sleep patterns
The numbers tell one story, but how I feel in my own body tells a much more important one. I’ll be continuing with Claralux, adding exercise, and focusing on staying hydrated and maintaining healthy eating habits. In three months, I’ll do another round of tests to see how these improvements progress.
The best part? I didn’t have to completely overhaul my life to see these changes – just one simple addition to my morning routine, with exercise being the next step in my health evolution.
