If you are looking to detox or cleans after a binge week or even after the holiday season, or just preparing yourself to start a new health journey such as weight loss or getting back into the gym, then we would like to invite you to take the 72 hour Claralux Challenge.

How does it work?

For 72 hours you ingest nothing but Claralux drinks. For those looking for the best results you would mix your Claralux with only water. For those that don’t enjoy the natural green flavour or just want to change it up you could use fresh squeezed vegetable and fruit juices.

It is recommended that you take a minimum of 1 scoop of Claralux (30g) per serving. You should take this serving size 3-4 times a day but up to 5-6 times a day. You can also take more per serving, for instance 2 scoops (60g). It will depend on your own personal body and needs.
